1. No Returns for Change of Mind or Size Issues

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind after placing an order
• Preference-related issues (color, fit, or style)

Please refer to the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive a wrong product

To be eligible:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is mandatory (clear and uninterrupted)
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

3. Return Approval Process

Once your request is received:

• Our team will review the issue
• If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability
• Kaiizen reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

• Replacements are subject to product availability
• If the same product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion

6. Sale & Limited Edition Items

• No returns or refunds on sale items, discounted products, or limited-edition drops unless the product is damaged or incorrect

7. Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

8. Important Notes

• Kaiizen is not responsible for damage caused after delivery
• Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
• Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences
